take the time to discuss your look, taking into consideration your hair type and
condition, your face-shape, skin tone and complexion but most importantly
your personality and lifestyle. That way we can create a style that brings out
the best in you yet is easy for you to replicate at home. The result… you can
look and feel like you’ve just stepped out of Lou Lou’s everyday.

We accept payment by cash, cheque, Eftpos and credit card (VISA/Mastercard).

It is important to us to ensure that all customers are seen on time.

We would therefore like to request that you arrive in good time for your appointment.
In fact, we recommend where possible that you arrive early to take advantage of our
relaxation area to unwind prior to your treatment.
